EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that can help people process distressing memories and reduce symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, and other concerns.
Our EMDR clinician is on track to complete EMDR certification in December 2025. We’re opening a waitlist now so interested clients can reserve early spots once scheduling begins.
What Is EMDR?
EMDR is a structured psychotherapy that helps the brain process stuck or overwhelming experiences. Using guided sets of bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or taps), EMDR aims to reduce the emotional intensity of difficult memories and support more adaptive beliefs and coping.
