Accepting New Clients
Hi, I’m Thomas! I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), an EMDR-trained clinician, and a dedicated psychotherapist committed to supporting young adults and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I believe deeply in the power of self-discovery and in helping people develop a grounded, authentic sense of self. My work centers on guiding individuals toward greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence as they move through significant transitions and personal growth.
As an EMDR-trained therapist, I bring a trauma-informed approach to help clients process difficult experiences and build healthier patterns of coping. I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and life stories. Whether someone is working through anxiety, past trauma, identity development, or the complexities of relationships and adulthood, my goal is to offer steady support and effective, evidence-based strategies.
In addition to individual work, I also collaborate with families and partners when helpful, recognizing that strong relationships and meaningful communication can play an important role in the healing process. I offer practical tools to support healthier dynamics, deeper understanding, and more fulfilling connections.
My mission is to empower individuals—and the people who support them—with the emotional skills, coping strategies, and clarity needed to thrive. Each therapeutic journey is unique, and I’m committed to walking alongside you as you navigate challenges, embrace growth, and step into a more confident, grounded version of yourself.
I look forward to supporting you on your path toward healing, connection, and personal transformation.
